Wowza Media Server provides capability to stream to a wide variety of devices however the stream format varies between what each individual device can handle.
The Wowza Media Service generally either works or it does not work, if your Wowza Media Service is accessible in the Sleepyengineers Flash Player - then the service works.
If you cannot stream to a certain device, it is most likely that the device is not compatible with the format the stream is provided in.
You will need to contact Wowza Media in regards to device compatibility, as they created the software and have the most knowledge on the subject.
