How do I: Upgrading or changing your account

To upgrade/downgrade a package you will need to follow the steps below;

Updating your Hosting Package

  1. login to the billing system at https://www.zoenetworks.net/clientarea.php
  2. From the main menu select "My Hosting Packages" OR "My Products and Services"
  3. The The Packages menu select "View Details" on the Package you want to upgrade. (far right side)
  4. From this page you will see Account Addons - "Click to view available addons"  select this if you wish to add an add-on to your package or Click "upgrade" if you wish to change the package(scroll to the bottom of the page to find these)
    **Now you will just follow the upgrade process;
