HELP! My server is down! What can I do?

Zoe Networks, Inc. has a control panel for you to manage your services.


Your server is down. You're freaking out. Not to worry. You can try a few things before contacting support. Log in to your Streaming server control panel.

On the left side, you'll see a menu “Server Control” from here you can start stop and restart your server. Click STOP, Wait about 15 seconds. Then click Start. Wait about 10-15 seconds. Your server has been restarted, and your services should now be working.

Wait... It's still not working? Then contact us via the helpdesk and we'll look into it for you.
